Introduction;
Polyester conveyor belts,also called EP conveyor belts,which tension resistant body is canvas woven by
polyester in warp and nylon in weft.The belts have characteristic of low elongation in warp and good
troughability in weft,good water resistance,good wet strength,no mould,high initial modulus of polyester,can
choose a relative low safety factor,so it's suitable for medium,long distance and heavy-load transportation of
materials.
Characteristics:
The product selects cotton canvas,nylon canvas or EP canvas as carcass.Cover rubber selects a blend of NR and
BR,which has the properties of high elasticity, shock resistance,cold resistance and etc.It can work normally under
the conditions of -40oC.
Uses:
Suitable for conveying materials outdoors in freezing area,cold storage and etc.
Technical indexes:
1.Cold resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types according to cover properties:Laceration resistant
type(H),Anti-abtrasive type(D),and Ordinary type(L).
2.According to cold resistance,it can be divided into two types of C1 and C2.
C1-Working temperature: -45~+50oC ;
C2-Working temperature: -60~+50oC .
