CPJR Energy-saving Gas Crucible Furnace
Equipped with heat recovery device, smoke exhaust adopts high efficiency heat exchange structure, the inner tank is welded with stainless steel, and the shell is made of heat preservation plate and pouring material. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency and long service life.
The inner part is composed of three layers of refractories, and the burners are heated by tangential diffusion, that is, the crucible is heated when the flame rotates along the outer wall of the crucible, and the crucible is radiated in the furnace at the same time.
When the heat energy is fully utilized for tangential heating, the shape of the outer diameter is gradually reduced below the height of 1 ≤ 2, and the furnace body is designed according to the parameters of the combustion flame, and the working angle and height of the burners are optimized, and the technical data such as distance pressure play a good effect on ensuring the service cycle of the crucible.
