Heavy duty apron feeder, with a strong conveying ability to transfer different bulk weight or different articles can
be conveying to various material receiver, widely used as material handling process from the storage silo to the
crusher, conveyors or others whatever in continuous and smooth as required, also available for short-distance
transportation of materials with larger or denser lump, Apron Feeders find application for mines & minerals,
metallurgy , building materials , chemicals, coal fields, and other industries.
Depending on the application, the heavy duty apron feeders are available with 2 different assembly type that
are horizontal or declined mounting, which is up to a maximum upward inclination 25°. Frequency motor and
hydraulic motor are employed for speed regulation, and with the control interlocks to the material receiver,
ensure the receiving material is to reach its maximum efficiency.

Coal feeder is widely used in coal mine and coal preparation plant of loading and transport machine or other
screening, and storage devices.The device consists of frame, floor (for coal chute), transmission platform,
funnel gate, roller, etc.After work in the motor by the elastic coupling, speed reducer, connecting rod to move 5
° of the tilt slab on the roller as a straight line reciprocating movement, unloading to transport coal evenly on
screening machine and other equipment.Coal feeder according to need two sets with funnel and without a
funnel, and is equipped with two kinds of structure forms: with a regulating valve and without adjusting valve, the
productivity by adjust the gate.
