VD/VD ladle refining furnace has multiple functions such as vacuum degassing, argon blowing stirring, oxygen blowing decarburization, non vacuum temperature measurement sampling, and wire feeding. It can refine bearing steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel, high-quality carbon steel, and ultra-low carbon stainless steel. Due to its strong vacuum degassing ability, it can ensure that the hydrogen, oxygen, ammonia, and carbon content of the steel grade reaches the lowest level, and accurately adjust the composition of the molten steel to fully float impurities, effectively improving the purity of the steel. Because it refines a variety of high-quality steel grades, it can provide users with more flexibility to adapt to market competition needs, timely refine the steel grades needed by the market, and thus increase the economic benefits of the enterprise.
Progressiveness of the equipment: The overall structure of the VOD ladle refining furnace adopts the scheme of one tank, one cover and the tank cover moving. The tank body is a fixed pit type. When no oxygen blowing operation is performed, the VOD furnace can fully realize the operation function of the VOD furnace. The tank body is connected to the vacuum pump, and through a three-stage dust collector and a main shut-off valve, the opening and closing of the tank body and the vacuum pump can be achieved. Before lifting the ladle into the tank body, the vacuum pipeline can be pre vacuumed, which can fully utilize the vacuum pump, shorten the pumping time of the tank body, reduce temperature drop, and match the VOD furnace with the electric furnace, LF, and casting line, achieving the desired effect. The equipment includes a vacuum tank, a vacuum tank cover and its lifting mobile cart, an oxygen blowing device, a vacuum feeding device, a vacuum pump system, a vacuum pipeline system connecting the tank and the vacuum pump, and a set of control and monitoring equipment.
