MANUAL/ ELECTRIC SWITCHING MECHANISM
(1) Under electric state, just by pushing the handwheel, the actuators switch from electric to manual mode
automatically and the handwheel will not move with the motor which ensures the safety of the operator.
(2) Under manual state, pulling the handwheel when electric mode is needed and the actuators switch to electric
mode.
Feature:
A KEY SETTING
After installing the valve, the travel can be set by "A key setting", then the feedback signal can be revised
automatically and enter the running state.
SELF-LOCKING PROTECTION
Nut and shaft can lock itself mechanically. HEATER Heater keeps the housing dry which protects the
components.
LUBRICATION
The actuators operate stable without maintenance by using low temperature grease.
DISC SPRING STRUCTURE
Equipped with disc spring structure, which have a certain pre-tightening force which ensures the valve can be
fully closed for a long time.
LIGHT WEIGHT
Aluminum alloy base and stainless steel shaft, light weight, big output force and safety.
