3.1. Billet size.
The billet size and dimension are as below:
- Cross section: 130 x130, 150 x 150, 200 x 200
- Billet length: 12.000 mm & 6.000 mm
- Corner radius: 4 mm
- Rhomboidity (D1-D2): 16 mm max
- Standard billet prime length tolerance (*): + 0 /- 100 mm (referred to 12.000 mm)
-Torsion: 1° per meter
the billets length tolerances are subject to be revised, according to the final bar optimization length. Defective standard-length billets will be cut back to a non-standard length for rolling. The supplier should indicate the range of non-standard length which can be accepted by the furnace design.

4. Coil dimension
Tag manual applied, with all data as per heat cast, type of steel, size, coil weight, commercial sign of production company, Country of production, Iranian standard code, Production code, etc. The mechanical equipment shall be design in accordance.
Coil I.D.:850mm;
Coil O.D.:1.250mm;
Coil Weight: ~1.850 ÷ 2.030 kg
N. of tie: 4
Each coil shall be tied in four points.
To tied bundles bar & rod coil product shall use wire of 6,5 mm. Not accepted lower wire size. Strap is also accepted. (Better for product image & surface quality).
6.2. Wire and garret lines
The wire line must adopt internationally most advanced steel rolling process & technology. The equipment shall be advanced, and the product quality & dimensional accuracy shall attain internationally the most advanced level.
Laying head & pinch roll in front of laying head. The Seller shall take effective measures to ensure the normal pinch & lying of wire at different temperature. The technical requirements are as follows:
- In the whole process of production, there must be no detrimental defects such as scuffing. The surface quality shall attain a high
level.
At the end of conveyor, the coil will be formed, weighed & stored in bays E-F & F-G.
