Introduction:
Belt conveyor, also called rubber belt conveyor, has main features of large capacity, simple structure, easy main
tenance, standard parts, etc. It can be used both individually and multiply or combined with other transportation
equipment, horizontal or inclined. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other fields.
TD75 series belt conveyor is a Long-distance conveying machine that it is used to convey bulk materials or
packaged materials in the departments of electricity plant ,chemical, building materials, port and light industrial
etc. According to the requirements of conveying technology, it can be single conveying, also can be multiple
conveying . According to The installation location,it can be horizontal or inclined conveyor systems with other
conveyors
According national standard for design and manufacturing,the TD75 conveyor is working temperature is from-

With simple structure, low cost, general components, convenient maintenance, TD 75 conveyor become a
popular conveyor which can satisfy general conveying capacity. A single or multiple conveyors together with
other conveying equipment can form horizontal or inclined conveying system according to demand.
Belt conveyor system principle:
Belt conveyor is composed by frame, belt, roller, tensioning device, transmission device, etc. The frame adopts
high quality steel for connection, a certain angle inclined plane is formed because of the different heights of
front and rear legs. The machine frame is fixed by belt roller and carrying roller which are used to drive and
support the conveying belt. There are two driving ways: geared motor driving and electric roller driving

Main Belt conveyor features:
1. Large conveying capacity and longer conveying distance, up to 20km or longer
2. Can conveyor various kinds of bulk material and itemized goods with bulk density of 0.5~2.5t/m³
3. Can adopt combined conveying mode of convex curved segment,concave curved segment or straightline
segment.
4. According to different transportation request, it can be single used or multiple combined using, also can be

1 Standard: JIS, DIN, CEMA, GB and ISO.
2 Raw material: Q235 carbon steel pipe(GB), which equals to DIN S235JR.
Idler Diameter: 60-219mm; Idler Length: 150-2500mm; Thickness: 1.0-4.5mm.
3 Shaft: low carbon steel(GB), which equals to DIN C45.
Diameter: 20,25,30,40,45mm; Shaft end type: TD75,DTII.
4 Bearing: SFK, NSK, HRB, or per customer's request.
5 Welding: automatic double-gun girth welding for both ends.
6 Painting: ordinary painting, electrostatic spraying painting, hot DIP galvanized.
